What I’m saying is minimum wage will never rise to the point that people are happy. So many people just can’t afford to pay $15 an hour to employ someone at the moment places would go out of business, prices would rise, and businesses would be cutting down on workers drastically which will demand more expectation of work in the workplace. Therefore the person that was getting paid $20 an hour before minimum wage increased will now feel like he/she is not that far off from minimum wage at $15 an hour causing businesses to have to pay them more also. I understand wages don’t always increase upon skill and population doesn’t match job growth that is unfortunate. I worded my first “theory” badly.
