yeah the scheduling is really the issue. like you said you get a csgo tourny going and its a week of group stage, 2 days off for the weekend and then its all playoffs.
entire week just becomes like 'csgo week' and its almost like a festival for CS everyone in the community is hyped as fuck if you go to an event (ive been to a few) everyone around the area is cs fans in the bars and what not if your close to the venue, its amazing we bascially just takeover a part of the city and turn it into counter strike land. cs tournaments are more like cs conventions and its an amazing experience both as a spectator and to be there live
league doesnt have anything like that at all, it becomes a chore to follow instead of a fun event.
