If the Royal Family can waste money buying online adverts to get me to watch a wedding, do they really need funding from the public?

Those posts were all on ~-1 to 2 karma. I told you why I deleted them.

I made up the idea of the unwritten constitution? Sure, my name is Walter Bagehot and >300 years of parliamentary, judicial and government procedure. Lololol

Do you need a source? For the Queen not blocking parliament, really? Here you go.

"It is The Queen’s right and responsibility to grant assent to bills from Parliament, signing them into law. Whilst, in theory, she could decide to refuse assent, the last Monarch to do this was Queen Anne in 1708."

This is exactly what I said. Legally she can block, but by our constitutional conventions she can't. Hence constitutional crisis...

If she couldn't block or she was allowed to block, there'd be no crisis, would there?
