Don said in an interview recently that chucky will never end and that he hopes it gets passed down to people who care about they way the cast and crew does now. If that is the case then I think he plans on continuing chucky even when Brad passes away. I’m not a fan of that happening. I’m also not a fan of not trying to bring this series to an end soon and then just ending the franchise with no conclusion once Brad dies either. I love chucky and I love chucky content but it doesn’t sound like Don has an endgame in mind when I really wish he was. I always thought to myself maybe they could do one last installment once Brad dies where chucky is in one doll and they find a way to make it wear he can’t talk like either some voodoo or he gets maimed and put back together then finishing the series there. I just don’t know. I don’t think anyone else can voice this version of chucky. Maybe he plans on rebooting once Brad dies but I want a final conclusion of this story that has been ongoing since 1988.
