Stance, Hellaflush, Stacenation, stretching tires, etc is now illegal. First offense has the car impounded and registration suspended until the car is changed back to near-stock configuration, $1000 fine. 2nd offense, the car is crushed and the driver's license is suspended for 1 year and a $5,000 fine. 3rd offense, car is crushed while the owner is forced to watch, license is suspended for 5 years, $10,000 fine. If you're stupid enough to do it again, your license is permanently suspended, you get a $25,000 fine and you get 1 year probation.
Speeding tickets for less than 20mph over the speed limit are not considered moving violations and only carry a $25 fine unless the person was speeding in heavy traffic or in inclement weather.
