If there was one thing you could change in New Zealand right now, what would it be?

I lived in Melbourne, which is miles better than any NZ city in terms of entertainment options. Wages are higher and utilities bills are lower, other living costs are roughly the same. Car rego is shockingly expensive (about $700 - 800 p.a.) and so is beer.

Summers are too hot for human life and getting worse ever year. Water supply is often an issue. Noticeably more racism, even though Melbourne is the most progressive city in Oz. The current government are evil, corrupt scum.

Australians can be frustrating to work with, many of them have an unwarranted attitude of superiority that extends to not them doing their jobs properly because they feel like it's beneath them or something.

The natural landscape of Victoria is mostly pretty bleak and you have to worry about poisonous spiders, snakes and even leeches.

Ultimately I missed the natural beauty of NZ, as well as friends and family, so I moved back and I intend to stay here.
