So could an 18 year old. What makes the difference? A number? Development isn't linear, there are 18 year olds less far along than most 15 year olds and vice versa.

What was inherently wrong? It's only been defined as wrong in the US in the last few decades.

If you don't think that causes mental damage, ask any number of people who have been through that situation around those ages.

I have and literally everyone I know that's been through it has been unscathed. Yes they regret it somewhat but they never felt it was rape or manipulation, they just felt it was a shitty guy to pick on their part.
