Have you played a ranger? Any half decent jungler will wreck you. You cannot escape because of lack of movement speed, and they'll just bodyblock you at a point. That 22.5 is better than you think it is. Twice as much as rangers slow down when attack as well. So either you can try to escape, or try to fight your way out, but you can't do both.

Not all do. Sparrow has nothing, Grim can only really push you back a bit. Murdok is in the same boat. The Fey can only really slow.
