If I whatsapped a file path location to someone, then they typed that into their browser while I'm online, can they access files on my computer?

Thanks!

You said third person can't connect directly without intermediary. Then why do we hear in the news stuff like secretly people's information is stolen, like when celebs naked photos become leak?

If permission is required in so many steps in your metaphor, does that mean that the hacker was granted persmission in each step? The chef and the doorman and the manager gave the hacker permission one by one?

Maybe malware is what I was actually asking about but I couldn't say it right. (I don't have windows defender or antivirus.)

You said that malware can give them access to my device. Does giving access just mean telling them where I am, and saying 'okay take my stuff'?

Why will I or anybody download a malware? If my client web-browser is so dumb that it can do only one thing at a time, why will it secretly download malware?

I download songs and videos sometimes. Also my sister sometimes opens porn sites on my laptop. Right now my laptop is working okay. Why is my laptop not exploding or any person blackmailing me and asking my credit card number? I heard hackers can do that.

I don't need hacker to be very intelligent. Just assume I gave a mediocre hacker, the location of a file in my computer. By 'file path' I mean the c:\ thing plus description of all the networks it has to cross. And I am online. Is that enough to access my device?

If someone is accessing my laptop remotely, why will I not find out? I mean my internet data will empty up faster so I should know right?

Thanks for trying and not giving up. I really appreciate it. If you tired then just ignore this message.
