Getting ripped didn't get me women. This is a difficult question to answer because like getting ripped, there is no magic pill or umbrella solution that will work for everyone.

Women want a man that has confidence, and respects them. I got confidence by investing thousands of hours into my passions which would be lifting, chasing death (motorcycle), music, and video games. Those things I listed I'm confident enough to admit defeat when someone is faster, stronger, or better than me.

Respecting a woman means you do not open with "dtf?". You hold the door for her, walk on side of the sidewalk closer to the road, pick her up, actually listen to her, and simply treat her the way a gentleman would treat any date.

However, women are also sometimes very stupid. The reason why men get friendzoned is because they do all of the above before straight up telling the woman "Hey, I'm interested in you and lets go out on a date". Instead they're passive aggressive and hope the woman gets the sign. Being able to ask a girl out with confidence means you need to have it...hence why I'd focus on gaining that before women.
