Quite the opposite actually. I get paid for my social ability, so I’m much more practiced and not near so starved for it as you seem to be. And as far as “takes no energy” again A) I do it all day every day, and B) I’m very much an introvert, and the very last thing I want to do is engage in meaningless small talk with some rando I’ll never see again.
