I had a really awkward situation a couple of years ago. I'm cordial with some of my ex's, and have no problems being around them and still have the same friends with a couple of them.

But I also have a couple of psychos lurking out in the shadows who I don't talk to and don't ever want to see again. Well I was at a bar with a FWB and having a good time. We ran into my ex and I said hi and introduced her to my friend. I asked who she was there with and she points over at a table and says, "Oh one of my friends from Yoga wanted to grab a drink she's right over there." Of course she points at one of my psycho ex's who then walks over and gives me a big hug and kiss on the cheek.

I didn't even know what to do, I just stood there for about 10 seconds before I just blurted out loud, "I'll be right back." and walked to the bathroom. There was no way that all of that was random, I didn't even live in that town at the time I was back visiting my fuck buddy for the weekend.

I came back from the bathroom to them sitting at a table talking and laughing, it felt like a bad rom com movie to me.

Turns out the psycho met my ex at yoga and facebook friended her, and saw we were friends and then started hanging out with her. She never told my ex she knew me, but through her psycho stalking skill new I was in town that weekend and that I usually hit up that bar and convinced her to go grab a drink there.
