If you're angry about the recent events in the US, make a video if you can.

I can't believe I'm wasting another reply on you but this misrepresentation of what I'm saying is downright infuriating. First of all: I already conceded that campaigning for liberals is better than nothing at all. Secondly, I mentioned the importance of direct action, bringing immediate relief and building community where it's most needed, much more directly than policy interventions while also providing marginalised communities with their own supportive structures as opposed to reliance on the state.

I'll vote for my local left wing party, and I'll upvote bernie memes and tell my friendd to vote leftist, but if people can afford an hour or two of political action or volunteering a week they should not spend it on campaigning. That's all I'm saying. If you have seas of time to campaign as well as organize and reach out in different ways go ahead, but most of us don't.
