"if you're not a criminal you have nothing to worry about".... Well I am not a criminal so I don't want to be fucking spied on.

Please tell me this post is sarcasm...

The founding fathers could never have dreamed of iPhones or smart TV's, and if they did, they would never have written the fourth amendment. These new gadgets are just too dangerous to put in the hands of average citizens without a government backdoor.

Bullshit. Ben Franklin is one founding father who would have never been open to removing the Fourth Amendment because of smart phones. As he often quoted as saying, Those who would give up essential Liberty to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

Really the fourth amendment is out of date, and taking away peoples' right to privacy is the only way to keep society safe.

The fact that you are okay with giving up your privacy for security is disheartening. The fact that you can vote and, therefore, can affect how the government treats my constitutionally protected rights is terrifying. You're basically saying you're cool with the government spying on everyone because you feel safer that way. Too bad all of that spying hasn't protected us from incidents like San Bernardino and Orlando.

Don't feel safe walking around your neighborhood? Take a martial arts class and start taking responsibility for your own feelings of safety. Government respect for our Constitutionally-protected rights is non-negotiable.
