there was a problem with the last time i tried to order from them; the order would not go through. i contacted customer service and tried other browsers as well as incognito mode as they advised and it still didn't go through. i suspect they had coded one of the products incorrectly on the website. anyway, after i wasted two hours of my time including their useless chats and emails, the problem was not resolved.

doubt i'll ever order from them again.

the selection is pretty poor.

yesstyle on the other hand has bent over backwards to help me out, and has pretty good discounts, too (but you have to wait, a lot of their "sale" prices are not really sales).
