IIT Delhi, other university websites hacked by pro-Pakistan group

Websites of four Indian universities such as IIT Delhi, Delhi University, Aligarh Muslim University, and IIT BHU were hacked by Pakistan Haxors Crew


  • An IIT Delhi professor said the ERNET DNS (domain name service) server for the IIT Delhi website was targeted because of which it was showing pro-Pakistan messages.

  • New Delhi: A Pro-Pakistan group hacked the official websites of four prominent Indian institutesIndian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), IIT Varanasi, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and Delhi University (DU) and some lesser known institutions several times on Tuesday.

  • As of 9.15pm, IIT Varanasi and IIT Delhi websites were showing the hackers message.

  • Sanghi said the ERNET DNS (domain name service) server for the IIT Delhi website was targeted because of which IIT Delhis website was showing those pro-Pakistan messages.
