My past is 100% clean. I've had maybe 5 jobs tops in the last 4 years, 2 of which were temporary second jobs to supplement my income. In other words, the only negative response would come from these guys.

I'm sure I could get someone to say they didn't hire be based on the word of this employer, but that's just heresay.

If I did fake a call to them asking about me, and they were saying those things, would I not have a case?

Besides, I do not want to get to that point. I'd rather just have them shut up and say what they actually know about me. Most of the 'porn' I watched were snapchat videos. They can't prove anything like that in court. The only possible thing they can say was I watched gifs on instagram, and again I deleted the account and am getting a new phone soon. So how they hell can they actually prove anything?
