I mean, I'm not sure what you're thinking UBI will accomplish, but as a strict libertarian, I will say that, whatever you "think" UBI will accomplish, all you have to do is look at what the "stimulus bills" have accomplished to see that, no matter the good intentions, LITERALLY 75% went to corporations rather than those in need. Government dollars at work..AIR?!? I actually agree with Bernie Sanders on MANY points, mainly on the fact that government should work FOR the people, but unless and until we enact draconian laws that SEVERLY punish politicians for using their platforms to enrich and empower themselves, ANY political discussion is bound to devolve into "partisan" politics...by design.
