Illinois: Under-21 tobacco ban fails to become law, Legislators fall short in bid to over-ride Governor's veto

"granted my older brother lived in this town already as well, had a job paid my bills"

So your brother paid all your bills, but since you moved out of mommy and daddies house that classified you as an adult?

And to clarify I said the drinking and smoking age should be 25 because at that age you are less likely to make dumb decisions when you are drunk and also you will have picked up smoking knowing exactly what it does to you. I thought all smoking did was cause lung cancer, I had no idea that it caused about another 1000 health risks including being at risk for cancer for the next 15 years and heart disease and stroke for the next 5 even after quitting. I'm just saying the older you are the more experience you have and the more experience you have the better you can make a decision.
