No you're not done growing OP, you're stagnating and it's all part of the puberty dick growing process since it's all in preparation for when you'll reach 15.

Now for the important part : On midnight of the day you'll reach 15 you should go to the nearest cemetery, bring a black rooster and 2 nuts, behead the rooster and draw a pentagram while chanting Neil Young's Heart of Gold from the 1971 live (Google it), it should include even the intro where he searches for the right Harmonica and everything (Important Note : the circle and the song should be perfect or lightning will strike your ding dong which will make it explode), after finishing place the nuts and the rooster in the form of a triangle, get a 66,6% erection (no more no less, or see above), plant your Womb Raider in the dead center of the pentagram and start spinning.

You will then summon Vlad the Impaler and he'll ask you "are you an ass or tit man ?" to which you should answer correctly, there is no good answer as it is relative to each person but you must answer correctly and with conviction (mine was ass because boobs are just asses with nipples}, if you answer correctly you'll hear a loud thundering noise that will be the intro to Judas Priest's The Hellion and you'll get a bigger dick relative to how satisfying the answer is, if not a black hole will spawn near your Slit Eyed Demon and banish half of it into Oblivion.
