I'm really sorry you're going through this. Honestly I haven't been in this situation and might not be able to offer much help. I just wanted to let you know that even though it's hard right now, it will work itself out in time. Just breathe.

If you have a Planned Parenthood or anything similar in town, possibly check them out for resources and further direction on where to go from here. Eventually your parents might have to find out but for right now if there is any other adult you can think of who you can trust, consider reaching out. It could be a teacher, coach, or even a friend's parent. You don't and shouldn't have to deal with this alone.

Sorry my advice is pretty generic. I will upvote this so hopefully someone with more useful knowledge and advice can see it.
