I'm 19 and I really wanna quit, but I just can't.

Here are some of the thing that you could do to deal with the (jone's) craving naturally:

Exercise: when you feel the urge to smoke, start doing jumping jacks, drop and do push-ups, or if possible go outside and run, the reason for this is; instead of taking smoke and nicotine, get your lungs take oxygen and by doing exercise, it actually increases your heart rate and the body will release endorphin which causes an analgesic effect that will make you feel better, and serotonin which is the feel good chemical.

After the exercise; breathe: breathe air, fill your lungs with oxygen as you can. Sounds simple, but it actually works.

Eliminate the false perception and think of other things to do: smokers believe that smoking is doing something for them, the false belief that it relieves stress, panic, and anxiety. What you can do is; get a hobby, or think and do something productive like wash the car or clean the house etc.

Drink lots of water: water will help you flush nicotine out in the body especially when your doing exercise.
