I'm 28, lost in life, and really demotivated. *sigh*

Hey, I'm 23 but relate to what you're saying here. I'm no guru and still working through a lot of it, but what I found for me is fear tends to move me more than reward. We've all had those moments where things got down to the wire and something inside us went "oh shit!" and you pushed yourself like you never knew you could to get whatever it was done. For me I think back on when I got a nearly semester's worth of uni assignments done in under a week to pass the year. Yes, I was afraid of failing the year but tht deeper reason was the fear of never realizing my true potential. So I guess my question to you, when you think back on that moment(s) for you, what was it that you were (truly) afraid of & moved you to push yourself to the extreme? Whatever that great fear is, use your want to avoid that all costs to be your source of motivation. Write down & stick it on your mirror, whatever. Just so you have to face it everyday. Maybe that could get you started. Just my thoughts though... Good luck! Being self aware is the first step and you're already there :)
