I'm 30 years old with no soft skills / work history / certifications / resources. What do I do?

Where you live, such as is it more of an urban or rural area will dictate some of the choices you have.

Gotta decide what you want to do. Trade school or apprenticeship type thing? College? Maybe even just get that licensing.

It will probably suck for awhile, but more than likely it won't kill you.

I basically didn't work til I was 30. Pizza delivery then retail. So started community college, banged out 60 credits over two or three years. Went back to the pizza game as a manager. They offered deep discounts to a... Reputable enough online, regionally accredited, not for profit college. In my senior year on that. Currently waiting to hear back from a couple interviews for 50k+.

Some pulled myself up by my bootstraps bs. Totally wouldn't recommend it. At least not with the late start.
