I'm always told that indoor plants improve the air quality in house. Are having indoor plants really that advantageous to physical well being?

Definitely, but I also recommend an air purifier, and to hand vacuum the air in ur room once every couple weeks. Also, use less harsh things in laundry, n let it air out right not with caked on grime. Think of it like pasta, u can just eat it, but it doesn't digest as well if u didn't wash off the sticky starch. Same goes for ur clothes, bed things n all those toxins goes into yo body. I also recommend incense, and candles, only high quality non toxic, n perhaps don't stay in the room with them there. Also, dust EVERYTHING, mop, sweep up, vacuum if u got a carpet. Also, open ur window as much as possible, clean ur blinds. Do all this n I can guarantee enormous benefits after 2 months. Blockages removed from ur head, less brain fog etc
