You need to change your mindset first of all. First of all, know that you are not alone. Many girls also have anxiety about not having a boyfriend. Also, many people are in between relationships or just taking breaks, so I'm sure many people are single and content. Before you even think about casual relationships and experience, you should do this: be happy. It's clear that this is making you anxious and unhappy. Girls like guys who are confident and happy. They can also smell desperation a kilometre away. You first need to work on spending time with male friends and meet new people. Get out of your comfort zone and meet people in real life. Join a club or something (my favourite way of meeting people is in language classes). Then just practice talking with women. Do now think about sleeping with them, just think about having a conversation. Talk to girls you would never even consider dating, just practice. I would say at your age, it's still the age of immature, short-term relationships. Go on coffee dates, tinder may help. I think that entering a few relationships may help. Men who say they sleep with a lot of women may be exagerating, so please keep this in mind when talking with other teenagers. Try and find an older friend to mentor you. There is no shame in asking for help or still being a virgin. Confidence is most import and it is built in small steps. What culture are you in anyway?
