I'm Being Bullied By My Human Resources Department

The pending ligation stems from last summer when I worked for an employer for 2 weeks and they fired me for filing a complaint with osha. I have a whistleblower case against them.

My current company is the one harassing me. I work as an HR Analyst and my supervisor is the HR VP so it's a very unfortunate situation and I really don't want to be involved with another lawyer but they are doing all this crazy stuff and I think it's in retaliation for speaking up about their covid practices and lack of safety protocol and enforcement that the company mandated. Because I spoke up (because I possibly got covid a few months ago) they have been retaliating against me. Ever since I spoke up about what was going on, they have been bullying me.

To try and remove myself from the harassment, I went on a stress leave (signed off from my doctor) a few weeks ago. It's just a mess but my takeway is knowing who to report HR to. HR acts like they are in charge and everything must go through them which in some cases is true. This is very discouraging because it seems like when HR is the bad guy, there's no one truly there to hold them accountable and your options are to try and sue or quit. It's horrible.

I've documented as much as I remember though so hopefully that will help the situation.
