I think I'm being low-key sexually harassed and could use some advice (at home and at work)

This is very annoying but not sexual harassment. If she uses her position to try to make you have sex or date her, that is sexual harassment. Tell the woman you feel uncomfortable with her questions and romantic or sexual overtures. Tell her you aren’t available in any way and hope that she will exercise professionalism in the future. Also, in wrong, e-mail or letter, update Human Resources by cc to your boss about having to caution her about her improper and unprofessional behavior. Detail what she has done to make you feel uncomfortable and that you asked her to stop. Put it in writing, as well as discussing with HR what you can do to stop such behavior in the future. The other men you are working with making sexual comments about her is annoying too, I’m sure. I’m sorry this is happening to you. You don’t deserve this.
