So before quantum particles were measurable, they didn't exist?

Anyone who believes something could possibly exist beyond the scope of our current measurement capability is quite obviously a dolt

If you seriously believe that you greatly overestimate our measurement capability. We could barely measure existence of dark matter a couple decades ago, we can now measure its existence BUT still can't measure dark matter itself yet.

That doesn't mean dark matter didn't exist before we could measure it, it is something that consisted 90% of our observable universe YET we couldn't measure it. If your claim was true, 90% of observable universe came into existence only AFTER we could measure it.
