I'm currently waiting in line to get into the Trader Joe's in Saugus, MA (85° and sunny) and a crew member went down the line giving people cold water! These are the little things that make TJ's the best!!

You're lucky you have such a friendly store. I went to a new (to me) store this past week and I saw people walking in ahead of me directly into the store (they were not waved in or anything). I walk up and start to go towards the door too (there is no line) and the lady was like I need you to be over here. pointing 6-8 feet to the left of the door (I had come from the right side) and then she was like here is a cart now you can go in. I didn't really appreciate being treated that way (no please, and kind of gruff tone). Also they wouldn't let me bag my own things, it was a smaller store, and just disappointing overall. I think I'll stick to my regular store.
