I'm doing 1 meal per day, 1800 cal in 4 hour window max, down 25 lbs in about a month, Sometimes BONKING. cheat day, or recovery day advice?

Spectacular results: I’d say, hands down, gram for gram, spirulina is the most invigorating, revitalizing nutrient on my menu. I started it as regimen given to me by an allergist for reconditioning my gut-flora, and it was like someone turning on the lights. More objectively speaking, look it up and any research will tell you: gram for gram it is considered one of the most nutritious substances on the planet, anti inflammatory, antioxidant, removes LDL and triglycerides, I seem to recall it also is great at detoxifying blood of heavy metals. The CON is it’s a bit expensive, (about the same as an energy powder), but toxicity. In California we have prop 65, alerting to the presence of carcinogen, but p65 doesn’t differentiate between danger of .01% and 100% . Tldr- I have heard Chinese spidulina bad, Hawaiian spirulina good. That is changing because of volcanic activity apparently, so you have to research more the where and the when it’s harvested.
