All I was saying that if you take the programming aspect of computer science, you have to take logical steps to get to a solution, similar to writing any kind of story. To your point yes that can be applied to most things, but it’s a pretty crucial part of both which takes work and practice. For this reason, despite the differences between the two, both can be considered difficult for a similar reason. But I can agree both fields are incredibly different with different sets of challenges. I didn’t mean to imply that they were completely similar, I just made a basic point to connect two fields and I’ve found myself having to defend this in a much more in depth way than was intended.
