I'm feeling like the insanity workouts aren't enough

I was in a similar boat prior to the quarantines. I would work out for about 1.5 - 2 hours a day consisting of high intensity cardio and weights. Now I do a blend of beachbody videos. I do a max 30 video first, then insanity then t20 to cool off. I am in the first month now, so it takes about 1.5 hours, the second month will be a bit longer. On the days I do a cardio recovery/pulse video I add an ab routine as well. I have the calendar set so each program progresses as it would on its own. If you don't want to jump straight back in/over work again, I would suggest adding the t20 program to pair with your insanity plan. The routines aren't too cardio intense and focus on strength a bit more than insanity. I really like the pairing.
