"I'm grateful for my abortion"

I just disagree with abortions being a simple medical treatment. Under the assumption that it's definitely 100% not a living human then I could agree that it should be considered another medical treatment. That's where my problem lies, I do see fetuses as human bodies.

For the other part I'll copy my answer to someone else on my view on that:

The reason I think this about sex but not everything else in the world is because it has the potential to create a life (I realize I view this differently than most people here). Other things don't create any kind of life, although they do risk damaging one's own quality of life or costing someone's life. So sex should be held more valuable because it is powerful in that it creates life--which could potentially be taken away by the person who created it.

I think it just boils down to me fundamentally believing different things about conception being life or not. Other people might not think that a zygote is a life at all, like someone else said it's hard to define that line.
