Are you Excel savvy? One thing that kept me motivated leading up to my wedding was to keep a spreadsheet and graph of my weekly weight progress, with a projection out to my goal date based on losing X lbs per week (in my case I was shooting for 1.5-2). So everything to the left of ‘today’s date’ on the chart was my actual weight loss to date, and everything to the right is a consistent loss of 2lbs per week as far out as you want it to go - it gives you a visual of how realistic your goal is (and in your case you’re also looking at wanting to lose ~ 1.5lbs a week which is reasonable).
