I'm a little confused as to what 'euphoria' actually is.. is it a 'cocky confidence' in oneself?

I agree with believe's it's not butter

Euphoria could be described as a contented state of 'well being'

going out side and the sun's shining, it's beautiful, the birds are chirping, and it's lovely the sound of the wind is just so nice and calm, and you wonder to yourself, why can't things always be like this?

it feels good, but you don't feel 'high', it just feels nice, you know?

the thing about stimulant euphoria is that, you don't really feel 'high' at all, you just feel that way about most everything you do,

it doesn't mean things aren't still a challenge, but it just kinda... feels good

You clean your room and it feels great, you organize stuff, it feels good, you realize you can do anything you set your mind too; this is normal, but you sort of get over-excited about it, and you almost rush into anything and everything thinking this state of 'I can do anything' is what the stimulants are for,

For myself, the biggest 'measure' is music, I notice when i'm in a state of euphoria when music really FEELS good to listen too, like, I get hell into it, and it's just blissful

the thing is, this does go away to an extent with tolerance

but it doesn't mean you can't be euphoric later, just that you shouldn't chase that 'everything is easy, everything is blissful' state through higher doses; especially if you find it motivating when you first start; because once again, it does go away, but the meds still work if you can get past that, and that's the beauty of it;

when you get past the initial 'euphoria' and let go of it, you can start to bring it out in yourself without having to increase your dose (assuming you're on the right dose), and things will still be more or less just as easy,

but only if you let them,

you're not supposed to be in that kinda state 100% of the time, but, with practice, you learn to realize that while the meds promoted it to begin with, you can delve into it at any time if you really so choose, but it takes practice, things like meditation and regular exercise help a LOT, so it'd be good to get into a routine of it now rather than later ;)
