I'm never going to be free of this.

Statistically many people are shown to out grow BPD. Not everyone, but losts of people have the worst symptoms when they are a teenagers and young adults with symptoms subsiding as they enter adulthood. Recent research has pointed to difficulties with the serotonin receptors and many of the drugs used to treat it currently affect these messenger chemicals.

As someone who suffers from BPD, i can honestly tell you, my life has gotten more stable and better as i have gotten older, i still have a lot of the symtoms and i fight my own brain everyday, but i have a stable life and don't regularly dwell in the depression like i used. My point is this, life will get better, but you have to give it time and let things improve<3
