'I'm no Corbynista – but even I agree we need to bring in a four-day working week'

Say what if one of the three jobs would fall away, could you keep producing the good/service but at a lower rate ? Or could you produce a similar but inferior product without one of the three ?

This sounds difficult to get accurate measures for without interfering with the companies output. And then you have complications when workers work on more than one product, the product doesn't have a strict market price or if the absence of a worker only has an impact some time after they're gone.

If all three jobs are completely necessary to produce the good/service they are literally equally important. So they would contribute the same.

That sounds right to you? Everyone on a sports team contributes the same? In a high end restaurant, the chef, waiter and cleaner contribute the same?
