I'm a noob streamer, and I got blown up by Wan5. Looking for guides from good players!

From a guy that have a 7.03 in KD and 506 kills with 72 death i can maybe help a little at least.

[This might be a long read so sorry for that in advance]

First off: What many people already have said. Never stop in space, And if you have to stop, Never do it longer then a second. Only use your break if you want to fast turn after a target flying by you (not talking about death loops here) or you are heading in to a wall more or less.

Second: Learn to mix your gas and boost together with breaking perfectly so you can close shave everything around you. A lot of new ppl i heave heard talk about how they get instantly owned by ppl letting them in to a "death loop" where they are shooting them while they never get a shot in back.

This is because one, They know how to perfectly use gas and boost together with break so they can catch in those 1 mill second to get a shot off at you that lands. OR they have a supporter ship with a head tracked "Leach beam" that can hit you 90% of the time either way what ever you do.

Third:

Become the hunter, Not the hunted. When you come up and meet more experienced people there is either hunters or pray, There is never an equal pilot. What i mean is, When i meet new pilots they are often very "Readable" in a dog fight. I know what they usually do.

Either they break and go 90 degrees either way boosting away trying to let me off, Forgetting about there yellow trails or that i already locked them in so i have them in a yellow little box on my radar watching them where ever they go

The more experienced pilots though often ends in a dog of life and death until some one to give in and die. If some one close shave around an asteroid and you follow them and they are no longer there, It don`t mean they boosted away. It probably means they have stopped somewhere in a little dig out and have let you passed and is now drifting up behind you?

Or maybe they are close shaving it and then quickly turn 90 degrees and just wait you out coming around the corner? Or maybe they go so fast around the steal beams in the old ship yard so you either have to give up chase (and get a perfect target @ you) or you crash and they have a free kill on there hands.

As ending words: Keep practicing break/gas/boost and close shave objects fast while applying everything together with outsmarting and reading the battlefield you will take out anything and everyone in front of you with ease
