Im in the northeast. This is what I think of whenever someone says " its cold out, so much for global warming!"

as in do I actually have those degrees and currently work in regulatory affairs for a medical device manufacturer? yes, why would I make that up? Im at work right now. that doesn't prove I know anything about climate change, I was just defending myself after being called a moron by someone who most likely is still in high school and just repeats what everyone else around them says...

at one point if you were to say the earth is a sphere, you would be laughed at by the majority of people. just because a lot of (mostly uneducated) people go around spouting something as fact, it doesn't mean it is.

science is a process of questioning. why can no one question ANYTHING about climate change? especially with so many holes in the speculations behind whats the main factor driving it. to me that insinuates there is political motive behind painting climate change as a settled issue with settled consequences. my weather channels can't accurately predict the weather 3 days from now... you're going to tell me that they can accurately predict what's going to happen hundreds of years from now? fat chance...
