I'm not happy

Do you have any sort of spiritual practice in your life? If so, I would suggest spending more time with that. If not, I would suggest finding one that appeals to you.

I found that when I spend time focusing on learning and engaging with a meaning spiritual practice it can really help bring hope into my life and provide a sense of direction.

Early on in life I was into Christianity because of my parent but as I grew older I started searching and found Buddhism was interesting for a bit and now I'm onto something called Druidry. It's a nature based spirituality and I love it because there's zero dogma, you can progress at your own pace, it's filled will brilliant imagery and symbolism and well, it's different and I like different.

IMO finding meaning in life is difficult but that's what makes things fun.
