I'm not sure what to do or how I feel right now.

If it helps you, it seems like the benefits outweigh the risks. There are vendors who are inexpensive and very good. I like Canopy and Gaia and neither of them are overly expensive at all, especially if you look for their sales. I also just ordered from SoCal, I haven't tried them yet, but others say they are very good. Where are you buying now, because you can get a 250g bag from Gaia, Canopy or SoCal for $25 or so. . . Depending.

I'm in a situation similar in the fact that kratom helps me live a more normal life. When I take it, I can move around and be a very efficient human being, where as before I spent a lot of time crying in frustration because of the pain. So I try to take small doses, the bare minimum that will get me the pain relief (about 1.5g) and I try to take breaks on days when I'll be sorta stationary anyway and don't have much to do.

Couldn't you manage it like that. The lowest possible dose. . . breaks on days when you're home and likely not doing much. I know it's not ideal, but at least it's something.

Also, if money is the issue. Taper when you start to run low and know you won't have any for a while. So, maybe switch to every other day, and lower and lower doses to help with withdrawals if you do run out.

And after all that rambling . . I will offer. . .I have some I can send you. Just last night, I realized I tried a sample of something that didn't work for my particular needs, but I had a 30g unopened back of it and I set it aside figuring I'd send it to someone. Maybe 1/5th of the stains I try work for me :( So I have several unusable, open bags, but luckily, for at least one bag I tried the sample instead of opening the larger one. So it's untouched.

PM if you need it! You should NOT be using phenibut every day. They say two days a week at most. You are much better off using kratom every day than phenibut. Both cause withdrawals, but they say the phenibut WD is truly terrible, and maybe even dangerous. Kratom is a plant. Phenibut isn't.
