I just left another hypergamy community as male users started to come in and roleplay as female users and recommending newer members to the redpillwomen subreddit (and similar ones) to be able to date wealthy men - they didn't even create a new account to do this - which is very nefarious. And many commenters replying to him didn't even vet their post history, which you'd think would be common sense, but I didn't feel safe posting there anymore after that. I think it's important that women on these spaces, especially the more insecure or impressionable ones, know what they're getting into when they follow advice without vetting or thinking about it for themselves.
