i'm scared.

I am pretty new to IE myself but I came to it through Corinne Crabtrees podcast “Loosing 100lbs with Phit-n-Phat” she is all about making small steps in the right direction and about listening to your body and getting your head in the right space to address emotions and emotional eating. I have been laid if thanks to the pandemic and I started listening to her shortly before. I can’t say I’ve lost much weight yet but I have maintained despite not having distractions from food. And not being able to get out for walks until the last two weeks. It’s made me really aware of when I’m eating too much and when I’m eating outside of actually being hungry. I’m focusing on building good habits and food relationships one step at a time. Plus I’m to the point that I am learning to be patient with myself. Mistakes are going to happen. But I’m determined to learn from them. And everyday I am determined to do better than the day before. If you want to change your relationship with food, with yourself, with your body, you can do it. It won’t be easy at first but if you’re determined you will get there. I constantly have to remind myself “I didn’t gain 57lbs in a day. I’m not going to lose it in a day. But every day I’m one step closer to better.” I wish you the best of luck OP! Have patience with yourself you can do anything you put your mind to!
