I'm a second year student who runs an OnlyFans account. AMA

I feel like onlyfans has been tied to female empowerment and sexual liberation. I think it is really important to teach girls it is okay to enjoy sex and that doesn’t make them “sluts” for wanting to have lots of sex.

But at the same time, I think sex has become so normalized in media. As a result, girls can feel pressured to have sex with many different people, and to engage in really ‘kinky’ sex. I think this can get a bit toxic and personally I’ve been in situations that I didn’t 100% feel comfortable in because I thought that’s what I should be doing.

With onlyfans we tell girls that it is empowering and they are taking ownership of their sexuality. There’s even a lot of comments here about “securing that bag”. Overall, It seems to be a positive thing. I’m just wondering what your opinion about all this is?

What do you think about the normalization of sex/sex work? Do you feel like this will ultimately help or harm society? Do you feel like onlyfans has empowered you? Why are you choosing to stop?
