I'm Sick of Iron Man

That is such a shallow thinking, no offense. I mean, all the Marvel movies are shallow that way, having the need for a concrete supervillain to exist in order to have a story. Why couldn't Secret Empire work? I don't get it. I don't understand what your point about that was. Why not flip our perspective for a second and set Cap up to look like the bad guy (when his views about contemporary America might be more controversial than completely bad)? Why not think out of the box for a second? I thought Marvel's about taking bold approaches.

A good story doesn't necessarily need to have a well developed antagonist, I disagree. A story exploring Cap's feelings about the current state of America could've been a good story as well under the right hands (and I think the Russo Brothers are easily the right hands).

Civil War is just the latest example of insert Tony Stark into everything, including Spider-Man: Homecoming. So I have to disagree with your claim that Civil War is the perfect example of it not being a "Tony Stark universe".
