I'm sick and tired of people pretending they have money.

Yes that’s sad. I used to make 25K per year, all my friends were doing more than me, but had zero in bank, while I was piling up cash for my first home. I gathered the 20% I needed and bought a small house.

Now I have a better job, so only thing that changed is that I’m going to pay my house way faster than I thought. But I didn’t changed my lifestyle, didn’t changed my car or house, nothing.

Not all, but most of my friends are still renting and living paycheck to paycheck. They could have bought something, because they were making more than me back then, but they didn’t. Now the market is crazy, so they might have missed their opportunity, idk. But im sad for them.
