I'm struggling to not resent my parents for ignoring all my symptoms when I was a child

I was ignored for my ADHD problems from the beginning by my parents especially dad, plus i had numerous other issues with them. I stopped talking to them for 10 years and moved to a different part of the world. He tried to cantact me 2 years ago and I didn’t talk to him, maybe I wasn’t ready... a year later i did try to contact him myself only to find out that he died 2 months after he tried to reach out to me... and I didn’t get to say goodbye! Forgiveness is a hard thing! Believe me i know! Give yourself time, if you think your mother deserves a second chance do it before it’s late. We ADHD people are already dealing with a chaotic life in a daily basis, the pain is real and i know you’re trying to take control of this chaos. But you will learn to live with it.

Just wanted to share a bit of my story with you hoping that might help you somehow. Live your life with no regrets :)
