Sorry to hear this. Unrequited love sucks big time. Your pain will pass. In the meantime: Lean on your supports (friends/family), go for help if you are actively suicidal (can't keep yourself safe then call a mobile crisis unit or head STRAIGHT to your emergency department).

Your value as a person/outlook on life isn't dependent on whether a crush likes you or not. In fact, if he doesn't like you then you've saved yourself the possibility of a short relationship (some people change/try to hide aspects of themselves to impress/lure/appear more attractive and when that other person finds out that the qualities they were drawn to were not real they may leave).

It's always best to be your genuine self and THAT is how you'll attract someone who is more of a match for you. Best of luck!!
