I'm super surprised that a lot of people actually like Fallout 4 - Will any of you be willing to explain why?

Yes people have different opinions the reason i'm asking is because I'm actually interested to see what people like about this game.

I have explained why I DON'T like it but I want to know what qualities people see in it that I have missed or that may appeal to some, it interests me to see what I may be missing or other things that people do like that I may not.

For instance I can understand why someone can love Fallout NV the story has amazing depth and the world is cool and there are tons of choices to make each play through fresh.I just struggle to see ANY qualities in this game, so far no one has actually defending it with an actual point.
